What were the key milestones and successes for your company in 2024?
The past 12 months have been one of continued growth and development for RavenTrack.
Our Affiliate Tracking Solution has seen rapid year-on-year growth driven by expansion into new markets across the world, including our first foray into North America.
In addition to the US, we have strengthened our presence in Africa where we continue the aim of becoming the go-to affiliate tracking platform for operators across the region. This can be seen through clients such as Bet9ja, EasyBet, Boylesports and Betfred.
We have also continued to add partners in markets across Europe and beyond, which has taken our total number of partners to 160 and counting.
Away from the technology itself, the business has continued to secure investment to allow us to continue to scale at pace, growing the team with multiple new hires and showcasing our platform at tradeshows like iGB London and iGB Amsterdam for the first time. All in all, it’s been a big year for RavenTrack.
What were the biggest challenges your company faced this year, and how did you successfully navigate them?
As we continued our rapid expansion, it was imperative to us that we kept the high level of service expected of RavenTrack for new and existing clients. We have achieved this by investing in resource and technological improvements. With any growth, there will be challenges. We are far from a start up business, however we want to keep that start up mentality.
Regulatory changes will always keep the industry on its toes, particularly in ensuring compliance with ever-evolving frameworks and requirements. It’s our responsibility to help our partners stay compliant with updated advertising regulations, data privacy laws and responsible gambling initiatives.
