What were the key milestones and successes for your company in 2024?
A real highlight was the launch of our unique product line Smash4Cash™ which has been a huge success.
We also had new market entries in Bulgaria, Spain, Georgia, Latvia and Estonia so we’ve been able to reach even more players in different locations.
We also opened up our Remote Game Server (RGS) for the first time to be used by external studios.
Our team was also very excited to launch our first IP title in collaboration with Roobet and Snoop Dogg, giving us the chance to work with a global superstar.
I must also mention that we launched our first unique slot mechanic A-Maze-Cades™ which will probably shape the way we make slots in the future.
What were the biggest challenges your company faced this year, and how did you successfully navigate them?
The sheer volume of new customers we’ve had to handle has stretched resources across the business.
However, we’ve continued to hire quality people with good experience and continued to focus on making our technology as smart and seamless as possible, so we’re dealing with the increased workload quite well.
We’ve also had to deal with the regulation of existing non-regulated markets. Tackling complex regulated jurisdictions has put significant pressure indirectly on teams that previously didn’t have to take much notice, but now all of the necessary regulations are engrained into our processes.
