What were the key milestones and successes for your company in 2024?
At the beginning of 2024, nobody knew that creating engaging sports videos at scale was even possible. We had just entered the market with Match Hype, launched our first pilot projects, formed partnerships with established iGaming players, and signed our first regular commercial agreements with early adopter clients.
We made a serious impact on iGaming when the industry recognized our revolutionary product, awarding us first place at both the iGB Launchpad in Amsterdam and the SBC First Pitch in Lisbon. And we achieved all this with an efficient team and without any external investment.
What were the biggest challenges your company faced this year, and how did you successfully navigate them?
When you develop a new, groundbreaking product, it’s always hard because you don’t have anyone to copy from. We have a strong entrepreneurial background, but from completely different industries like e-commerce, insurance, and banking, so it was difficult to navigate the iGaming industry and find the perfect product-market fit, where the impact of our dynamic sports videos would be the greatest.
As with any startup in any industry, we needed to move fast while trying to make the best decisions to survive. But I believe we did well.
