What were the key milestones and successes for your company in 2024?
2024 was a big year for us. We validated the need for having real people on the ground in iGaming markets around the globe. TESTA was spun out of an existing consulting business – so this was the first year of truly going to market under the new brand and the feedback has been fantastic.
Our client list grew steadily over the year, and we have a good mix of Operators, Providers, Platforms, Payment services and even some affiliates we are working with now.
These brands are in markets all around the. From regulated US, to Latam, Asia to Africa. We’ve been global since day one.
What were the biggest challenges your company faced this year, and how did you successfully navigate them?
Simply keeping up with demand. As our client base grew, so did their appetite for what they wanted to test. We’ve seen that a lot of new clients start small with specific problems or areas of focus, but when they start getting insights from the ground they want more and more.
Additionally, we conduct some original research ourselves and are always running multiple demonstration tests for new partners – so the pace of growth has been challenging.
We weathered this with a combination of improving processes, ranking and screening more testers around the globe and hiring some key personnel in Test and Community management. Things are running much smoother, but theres plenty of work yet to be done.
