What were the key milestones and successes for your company in 2024?
Fujitsu has a broad product and service offering for companies in the global online gambling industry, but a key area of focus for 2024 has been our data centre solutions.
We’ve been working hard to upgrade our offering, which covers both software and hardware, so that we can provide our customers with the most comprehensive and robust infrastructure in the market.
Over the past 12 months, we’ve also welcomed plenty of new customers. All in all, it’s been a great year for Fujitsu and our partners, and we go into 2025 with plenty of momentum behind the business.
What were the biggest challenges your company faced this year, and how did you successfully navigate them?
I’d say the biggest challenge is that of brand awareness and perception. Most people think Fujitsu only makes cameras and air conditioning, but we are one of the most successful infrastructure providers in the world.
A number of years ago, we identified the online gambling industry as needing our products and services and since then, we have been focused on driving engagement with operators, suppliers and other stakeholders, and educating them as to how we can support their operations to ultimately grow.
This takes time, but over the past 12 months, we’ve had something of a breakthrough, and we continue to join forces with big names from the sector. As we have grown, so too has the industry (and its needs), so we have had to keep pace with the impact this rapid growth has on customer and prospect requirements.
