What were the key milestones and successes for your company in 2024?
This was a transformational year for Peter & Sons.
We were able to acquire our platform thanks to a strategic investment by SkillOnNet.
This allowed us to run independent operations under licenses across key regulated markets like the UK, MGA, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Ontario, and Peru, with Brazil soon to follow.
We also expanded globally, focusing on southern Europe and entering new markets like Italy, Portugal, and Spain.
Our team and production capacity doubled, leading to the successful launch of standout titles such as Barbarossa Revenge, Mutagenes and Muddy Waters.
Key partnerships with aggregators like Playtech, Light & Wonder, Relax, Octavian, BetConstruct and SoftSwiss among others drove our global reach forwards. All the while we continued to bring in new operators across various markets to strengthen our presence in the industry as a whole.
Recognition from the industry included nominations at the EGR, Casino Beats and IGA awards, as well as multiple wins such as four MiGEA Awards and Best Casino Slot Provider for Wild Wild Fishing Mr First at the BetConstruct NFT Arena Awards.
Additionally, we ventured into instant games and scratch cards, extended our presence
at major conferences like SBC Lisbon and laid the groundwork for a strong 2025 with innovative mechanics, ambitious growth plans, and continued operator partnerships.
What were the biggest challenges your company faced this year, and how did you successfully navigate them?
Recruiting and scaling across all departments, such as production, sales, account management, legal, and compliance, was a top priority to support our expansion.
Entering new markets brought complex regulatory requirements, which demanded significant effort from our compliance and legal teams to handle the growing volume of contracts and paperwork.
Managing multiple integrations simultaneously required us to expand and strengthen our tech teams.
We rolled up our sleeves and tackled all these issues head-on, and that’s one of the reasons why 2024 was such a success for us.
