What are the primary goals and growth strategies your company is focusing on for 2025, and how do you plan to differentiate yourself in an increasingly competitive market?
We’re the only crowd testing company who focuses on the iGaming industry. That remains our focus. As long as we continue to focus on this industry and this industry alone – we will be miles ahead in terms of the value we can bring to our clients.
Although we are an online industry, most of the real business still happens face to face. Events and expos will be a continued focus next year, both to meet new people and catchup with existing clients so expect to see us at more major shows throughout the year.
On the digital side, we publish a lot of unique research in various iGaming markets. We pay the testers out of our own pocket, and ask them to look at anything from game performance to payments, registration, compliance technologies etc. It’s unique content and there’s almost always a surprise or two. What trends are you expecting to see in 2025, and how are you planning to adapt your product offerings and marketing strategies to cater to these changes?
This industry is always changing, so simply knowing where things are changing is important for us.
Having testers ready and market knowledge in locations undergoing regulatory change like Brazil and the Canadian province of Alberta is important. Same goes for growth markets like the rest of Latam, Africa.
We’ll also be focusing on building up experience and knowledge in growing categories like Social Casinos, Sweeps, and Crypto Casinos. There is an endless matrix of markets and categories to keep tabs on, and we intend to be in all of them.
