Bragg Gaming Invests In RapidPlay To Boost Brazilian iGaming Presence

In a bold move to strengthen its foothold in the rapidly evolving Brazilian iGaming landscape, Bragg Gaming Group (NASDAQ: BRAG, TSX: BRAG) has announced a strategic investment and exclusive content partnership with RAPIDPLAY LTD, a rising force in Brazil’s online casino content development space.
RapidPlay, known for its culturally rich, locally attuned iGaming titles, has built a solid reputation across Brazil and Latin America. Founded by a team of seasoned iGaming professionals native to the region, the studio delivers premium, performance-driven content designed to resonate with the specific tastes of Brazilian and Latin American players.
Strategic Equity and Exclusive Access
As part of the agreement, Bragg Gaming has acquired an equity stake in RapidPlay and secured exclusive global distribution rights to the studio’s entire portfolio. This enables Bragg to seamlessly integrate RapidPlay’s games into its content ecosystem and offer them to its expanding base of licensed Brazilian operators.
“This partnership with RapidPlay is more than just an investment — it’s a strategic move that strengthens our differentiated local content proposition,” said Neill Whyte, Chief Commercial Officer at Bragg Gaming Group. “The studio combines creative excellence with operational efficiency, making it an ideal partner for our expansion efforts in the region.”
Bragg also retains an option to acquire a controlling interest in RapidPlay should future strategic objectives align—a sign of the company’s long-term commitment to the region.
Rapid Scalability with Local Flavour
One of the standout features of this collaboration is RapidPlay’s cost-efficient development model, which allows for the creation of high-quality, localised content at scale. This agility is especially vital in Brazil’s newly regulated market, which is forecasted to generate $1.5 billion in 2025, with expectations to more than double to $3.7 billion by 2029.
All new games under the Bragg–RapidPlay partnership will be powered by Fuze™, Bragg’s proprietary engagement technology. This platform offers advanced gamification tools, real-time promotional features, and player retention mechanics—designed to elevate both user experience and operator performance.

Bragg’s Momentum in Brazil
Bragg’s entry into Brazil began on January 1, 2025, and has been marked by swift progress. The company has already partnered with over one-third of licensed operators in the country.
Operations are managed from its São Paulo office, led by LatAm Regional Director Sara Mosallaee and Senior Account Manager Amanda Alexandrini, offering fully localised support and expertise.
With Brazil now emerging as one of the most lucrative iGaming markets globally, Bragg projects the region could contribute up to 10% of its total revenue in 2025—a significant figure that underscores the strategic importance of this latest investment.
