In a strategic move, Stian Hornsletten, co-founder of EveryMatrix, is set to take on the role of CEO of the technology provider’s Games division, effective February 1st.
This transition positions Hornsletten at the helm of the Games team, where he will oversee in-house development, manage third-party content partnerships, and further expand EveryMatrix’s global distribution network.
Hornsletten, formerly Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at EveryMatrix, has been a key driver behind the company’s commercial strategy and product development for the past 15 years.
His leadership played a pivotal role in transforming EveryMatrix into one of the fastest-growing and most trusted iGaming technology suppliers globally, boasting a workforce of over 850 employees across 12 offices.
Earning recognition as one of the industry's prominent figures, Hornsletten was instrumental in attracting major brands to integrate EveryMatrix’s advanced software and services. As he transitions to the role of CEO of the Games division, he will continue to contribute actively to the EveryMatrix board.
Ebbe Groes, Group CEO, EveryMatrix, expressed gratitude towards Hornsletten, stating, “If it wasn’t for Stian, there would not be an EveryMatrix, and I’ll be forever grateful to him for asking me to join him for a drink to discuss the idea of starting this business together 15 years ago.
He wanted to take on a new challenge within the business to grow our games offering, and he has mine and all the company’s full support. I’m certain he will immediately take it to another level, bringing enormous energy, innovation, and passion to the team.”
With Hornsletten's move to the Games division, a new Chief Commercial Officer will be announced shortly.
This individual will assume responsibility for the commercial department, including account management, sales, and marketing, working closely with each business unit to enhance EveryMatrix’s global efforts.
