Gamanza Group AG has announced the integration of its Player Engagement platform, Gamanza Engage, with Optimove’s AI-Driven CRM Marketing Platform.


This strategic partnership introduces AI-Orchestrated Gamification, unlocking new levels of player engagement and personalization for iGaming and Sports Betting operators.


The integration allows operators to leverage gamification attributes within CRM segments, such as current rank, XP points, active missions, and reward shop purchases. It also enables the use of gamification events as triggers for marketing communications, like level-ups, item purchases, and mission completions.


Additionally, operators can now target specific player groups with exclusive, invite-only missions and tournaments, enhancing the overall player experience.
