Gaming Corps AB (publ) ("Gaming Corps") has announced the launch of a new business venture, offering its Remote Game Server (RGS) technology and extensive distribution network to other game studios.
This strategic move enables partner studios to leverage Gaming Corps' advanced technology and existing licenses to quickly bring their games to market within the licensed territories already covered by Gaming Corps.
The potential for RGS is significant, given the high level of interest in the service and its scalable, cost-effective model. By accessing this new service, game studios can build upon Gaming Corps' technology foundation, gaining direct entry to markets and licenses where the Company is already established.
Furthermore, these studios will have the opportunity to license Gaming Corps' existing and upcoming game features, including the innovative Smash4Cash™ series.
The revenue model for the RGS business area is based on a profit-sharing agreement, where Gaming Corps and each partner studio share a percentage of the profits generated.
This model is supported by Gaming Corps' versatile technology, which includes six unique game engines that cater to various product verticals such as Casino Slots, Table Games, Multiplier Games, Mine Games, Plinko Games, and the Smash4Cash™ series. The company's existing infrastructure investments make this new offering highly scalable and economically efficient.
