As the incoming COO for LCKY Group within Glintor Group, Mel will spearhead operations for the company's B2C division, following the departure of Cameron Brown.
Prior to joining Glitnor Group, Mel served in various high-profile positions within the iGaming industry, including Group Director of Compliance for BVGroup and COO of Mayfly Entertainment Limited. Her extensive experience also includes roles as Managing Director and Director of Operational Excellence for several renowned companies.
Mel's global perspective and multicultural background further enrich her professional profile. Having worked across different continents, including Europe, Africa, and Asia, she has demonstrated exceptional adaptability and leadership qualities in diverse cultural settings.
