Today, Glitnor Group has officially announced a strategic acquisition, signing a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire OneCasino, a top-performing multinational iGaming operator.
With a solid footprint in regulated markets across Europe—including the Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, and plans to enter Germany pending regulatory approval—this acquisition strengthens Glitnor’s position across more than eight regulated jurisdictions.
The combined entity is projected to reach over €150 million in revenue in 2024, thanks to the expanded market presence and the potential for operational, commercial, and technological synergies. This acquisition positions Glitnor to scale rapidly and enhance its profitability as it gains a broader geographical reach in key European markets.
OneCasino’s proprietary technology and focus on player engagement are core to its success. Known for its in-house game studio and customizable iGaming platform, OneCasino has developed localised content that enhances player experience—an offering that aligns well with Glitnor’s own in-house PAM (Player Account Management) and RGS (Remote Gaming Server) capabilities.
The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2025, pending approvals from the necessary gaming and regulatory authorities.
