Symplify, a leading provider of CRM and AI cloud solutions based in Stockholm, has entered into a new partnership agreement with online casino operator Green Feather Online, signaling an acceleration in Green Feather's growth strategy.
Green Feather Online operates several successful consumer-facing online casino sites, including Boo Casino, Mr Fortune Casino, B Casino, and Galaxyno Casino.
With the partnership, Symplify aims to enhance engagement for Green Feather Online through its proprietary CRM platform, datahub, and various communication channels, including email, SMS, dynamic web, and web and browser push notifications.
The collaboration will enable Green Feather Online's brands to utilize Symplify's Campaign and Journey builder modules, along with full site conversion testing modules.
These tools will empower the brands to create customized and AI-optimized experiences for their players, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and higher lifetime value.
