In a relentless pursuit of establishing a new industry standard, iGaming casino platform provider and aggregator Groove has elevated its services through a series of initiatives in 2023, culminating in the introduction of groundbreaking technology in the aggregator's Back-Office.
Throughout 2023, Groove underwent a rebranding, introducing a new logo, website, and technology upgrades to align with its mission of providing player-focused iGaming operators with a seamless experience. The goal is to empower operators with end-to-end platforms, expertise, and personalized support to create engaging and valuable user experiences.
"2023 was a pivotal year for Groove as we introduced significant upgrades to our platform and continued our commitment to revolutionize the iGaming industry," said Yahale Meltzer, COO and co-founder at Groove.
One notable enhancement is the promise of adding over 100 new games per month, achieved through collaborations with 18 new game providers, including industry giants like Playtech and Spribe. This move has expanded the game portfolio available through a single-API integration to over 15,000 games from more than 100 top content partners.
A key development during the year was the introduction of the Push-API, automating the inclusion of all game information in the API without requiring manual input from operators. This simplifies the process for operators, showcasing Groove's commitment to user-friendly integration.
As part of the Groove collaboration, 16 new operators were onboarded, extending their reach to tier-1 operators and beyond. The company delivered high-performance solutions across various iGaming verticals, including slots, online casino, live casino, poker, table games, and crash games.
In an effort to diversify offerings, Groove significantly expanded its lottery options, forming a partnership with leading lottery provider Sisal.
The company's presence in the industry was heightened through strategic marketing efforts, with appearances and exhibits at major shows such as ICE London, iGB Amsterdam, SBC Barcelona, and SBC Tbilisi.
Yahale Meltzer further emphasized Groove's dedication to technology development, stating, "We are busy building infrastructure ready to implement new and exciting tools for 2024, which we will be delighted to discuss at ICE next February in London; or the industry can catch-up with us at any number of global shows including Brazil, Lisbon, Prague, Miami, G2E, or at SiGMA Europe at the end of next year."
The advancements in 2023, including the introduction of a Demo Mode in the Back-Office, setting RTP by brand, and the launch of the data-driven Recommender tool, showcase Groove's ongoing commitment to providing cutting-edge technology solutions in the dynamic iGaming landscape. The company looks forward to showcasing its groundbreaking technology in 2024, solidifying its position among the world's leading iGaming contenders.
