The authorization was issued by the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA), an arm of Brazil’s Ministry of Finance, and is valid until December 31, 2029. This regulatory approval solidifies Aposta Ganha’s standing as a key player in Brazil’s rapidly expanding iGaming market.

By securing this license, Grupo Aposta Ganha aligns itself with Brazil’s evolving regulatory landscape, adhering to Law No. 13,756/2018 and Law No. 14,790/2023, which set the framework for fixed-odds betting operations in the country.
The company holds registration number 0022 in the Betting Management System (SIGAP), making it one of the first operators to be licensed under the SPA’s jurisdiction. This early approval highlights Aposta Ganha’s proactive approach to regulatory compliance and industry leadership.
