Andrew Ludlow, the Managing Director of NRM Group since 2012, has spearheaded a comprehensive strategic overhaul of the company, resulting in the launch of Boomerang Digital.
This significant rebrand brings together NRM, ISD, and Big Deal games under a unified entity, offering customers a seamless touchpoint for the entire technology-driven product range.
After a meticulous 12-month business review, Boomerang Digital emerges as a platform leveraging NRM's nearly 30-year heritage of innovative thinking. The rebrand aims to propel the group into the next phase of development, providing an integrated approach to its range of solutions.
Boomerang Digital's co-founder and Chief Executive, Andrew Ludlow, elaborated on the strategy, saying, "Because Boomerang Digital is a single entity offering a range of solutions, it means that customers can now talk to us much more holistically about their requirement for end-to-end solutions. Under Boomerang, we can ensure that the technology ecosystem is appropriate and streamlined."
Emphasizing that the restructuring will not lead to job losses, Ludlow expressed the company's commitment to growth by recruiting the right talent. Chris Wrigley will take on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Wayne Forster will assume the position of Director of Product, Membership, and Mobile.
Boomerang Digital will make its industry debut as part of the Bingo Hub at the EAG Expo, scheduled from January 16 to 18 at ExCeL London.
Ludlow highlighted the significance of the event, stating, "We’ve got lots to talk about, lots to share, and lots of exciting plans for the future. In order to meet the entertainment and engagement demands of tech-savvy consumers, our customers have evolved, and so have we. It’s a really exciting time, and the team cannot wait to bring the Boomerang Digital vision to life. EAG can’t come quickly enough!"
