Octoplay, a prominent online casino game developer, has acquired a supplier permit from the esteemed Malta Gaming Authority.
This achievement positions Octoplay to offer its impressive collection of slot machine games to operators holding licenses issued by this prestigious regulatory body.
Octoplay's newly acquired Malta license complements its existing certifications from the Swedish Gaming Authority, as well as its authorizations in the UK and Romania, among other jurisdictions.
Operators holding a Malta license can now access Octoplay's remote game server, broadening their gaming selection by incorporating an array of slot titles from Octoplay's expanding portfolio. Standout games like Pearly Shores, Lolicat, and Bullet Bonanza are part of this appealing suite.
Nick Vuchev, Commercial Director at Octoplay, expressed, “We have been dedicated to obtaining licenses within every regulated market globally, and obtaining our Malta license has been a pivotal objective. This license significantly enhances the distribution of our games within key jurisdictions around the world.”
Octoplay is under the leadership of Carl Ejlertsson, who initiated the venture of establishing the slots enterprise in 2022. Supported by his former colleagues from Evolution Gaming, Nick Vuchev and Ralitsa Georgieva, the team has become integral to the company's journey.
Carl Ejlertsson, Founder and CEO of Octoplay, emphasized, “Our suite of games is highly sought after by operators across the industry, and we are dedicated to making our content available in regulated markets worldwide.”
He added, “Securing our Malta license is a major stride toward achieving this goal, and we eagerly anticipate witnessing our games integrated into the lobbies of popular online casino brands across Europe and beyond.”
