SIS (Sports Information Services), the renowned provider of 24/7 live betting services, has appointed Peter Camden as the new Competitive Gaming Product Manager.
In his role, Camden will lead the enhancement of SIS's Competitive Gaming product portfolio, further solidifying the company's position in the evolving esports market.
With over two decades of experience in spearheading sportsbook products, Camden brings a wealth of knowledge to SIS.
He has previously led sportsbook product initiatives at notable companies like GIMO, overseeing the launch of a global in-house developed sportsbook and facilitating the migration of multiple countries to new CMS and front-end platforms.
Camden's expertise also extends to senior trading roles at betFIRST and Mybet, making him a valuable addition to SIS at a pivotal juncture. His appointment comes at an opportune moment, coinciding with SIS's recent global distribution agreement with Genius Sports for its Competitive Gaming portfolio.
SIS's Competitive Gaming offering, tailored for sportsbooks, features the H2H Global Gaming League, providing operators with a wide array of short-form events in eSoccer and eBasketball, totaling over 150,000 per year. This comprehensive solution offers significant margins and familiar markets and bet types for sports bettors.
The expansion of the Competitive Gaming product to three streams on both eBasketball and eSoccer aligns with SIS's anticipation of growth in the US market.
Adam Conway, Head of Competitive Gaming at SIS, expressed his enthusiasm about Camden's appointment, stating, "We are delighted to welcome Peter to SIS. His knowledge and skills will only strengthen our Competitive Gaming offering as we continue to make positive strides with our industry leading product."
Peter Camden also shared his excitement about joining SIS, particularly the Competitive Gaming division. He stated, "I am delighted to be joining SIS and specifically the Competitive Gaming division. The company’s eBasketball and eSoccer products continue to provide an unparalleled experience for our operators and bettors, and I look forward to taking this range of engaging content to the next level."
With Camden's appointment, SIS aims to further elevate its Competitive Gaming product offering, capitalizing on the increasing demand for esports content in the global betting market.
