B2B gaming supplier Push Gaming has announced a significant reorganisation of its senior leadership team, marking a pivotal moment for the company’s future growth. Among the most notable changes is the appointment of Andy Bentley as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Bentley, who has been working closely with Push Gaming for the past six months on various strategic initiatives, steps into the COO role with a wealth of experience. His background includes key roles at industry giants such as Ladbrokes, Genting, and the Gauselmann Group, positioning him as a valuable addition to Push Gaming’s executive team.
In his new role, Bentley will focus on enhancing marketing strategies, ensuring smooth project delivery, and capitalising on the growing number of opportunities that have emerged following Push Gaming's acquisition by MGM Resorts.
This strategic hire comes amid further changes at the top, as Winston Lee, Co-Founder of Push Gaming, transitions to the role of Co-CEO, where he will share responsibilities with the current CEO, James Marshall.
In his capacity as Co-CEO, Winston Lee will continue to manage the company’s legal, compliance, finance, and live operations, ensuring regulatory and financial integrity. Meanwhile, James Marshall will remain focused on games and product development, people and culture, as well as sales and account management.
James Marshall, Co-CEO of Push Gaming, expressed his excitement about Bentley’s formal appointment, saying: "Andy has been working with us for the past six months on some of our strategic projects for the US and Brazil, so while he’s been a regular face for us here, we want to officially welcome him on board. He joins with brilliant experience from senior positions in B2C operations, and I couldn’t think of anyone better to help drive us on to the next chapter of growth."
Marshall further emphasized the company's ambitions for the future, adding: "As we move into the upcoming year, we have ambitious plans in place. With Andy joining our team, I am confident that we will build our momentum, launching a range of new games in Q1 and further developing our global partnerships."
Bentley, eager to step into his new role, also expressed his enthusiasm for the journey ahead, saying: "I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time consulting with the incredible team at Push so far, and I’m honoured to have been offered the opportunity to take on such an exciting permanent role. Push Gaming is a brand that I have long admired and is a company with fantastic scope for future growth—so I’m thrilled to be a part of that mission."
He also hinted at what’s to come for Push Gaming, noting:"Exciting updates are currently being rolled out, and we have more big plans in store as we approach the end of the year and enter 2025."
With these leadership changes, Push Gaming is setting the stage for an exciting period of growth, innovation, and global expansion.
The company, renowned for its engaging slot titles, is primed to strengthen its position in both existing and emerging markets, while further enhancing its product offerings.
