Symplify, the Stockholm-based leader in CRM and AI cloud solutions, has launched a dynamic Instant Messaging service, adding to its comprehensive 360° communication platform.
Symplify's new Instant Messaging service aims to further streamline communication for businesses by integrating seamlessly with its existing channels like SMS, App Push, Email, and Print.
The service, accessible from a single login on a unified platform, enhances the omnichannel capabilities that have driven long-term success for Symplify’s partners.
The Instant Messaging channel is designed as an umbrella service that will eventually include multiple messaging platforms. Initially, it supports Telegram, with WhatsApp and Messenger integrations to follow shortly.
This new feature is available across all sending modules and can be accessed through the same user-friendly editor, ensuring a smooth integration into current communication strategies.
Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, Symplify’s Head of Sales, emphasized the significance of this new tool: “At the core of Symplify’s CRM ecosystem is a focus on omnichannel communications that create a 360° engagement strategy. Rolling out Instant Messaging will enable clients to introduce another layer of fluid customer communication to support business growth.”
Symplify continues to innovate, providing its partners with cutting-edge tools to enhance customer engagement and drive business success. The addition of Instant Messaging is a testament to their commitment to evolving and improving their comprehensive communication solutions.
